It is in a quiet and sunny location just 200 metres from the lake (access to the water via a stone staircase).
You can explore the area on foot from the house.
An extensive network of marvellous walking and hiking trails invites you to do so.
Cannero Riviera can be reached in a good 10 minutes on foot.
The special attraction of "Casa Bougainville" is the spacious outdoor area, which consists of 3 private balconies and the approx. 150 m² communal garden.
From here, under the vine pergola, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake, the castles of Cannero and the opposite shore.
Free WLAN internet access is available for navigating the internet.
You can park your car in the private car park approx. 20 metres from the house.
You reach the flat via a 15-step external spiral staircase made of stone, which leads to the approx. 20 m² balcony with the flat entrance.

Es war sehr toll zum Wandern auch eine kurze Reise ins Tessin wir lieben das Tessin und haben auch dort Ausflüge gemacht es war eine Traumaussicht und guter Zugang zum See. Auch die Vermieterin ist eine sehr liebenswerte Frau. Für uns hat der Ort total gepasst.
