Sleeps 2 to 5 people. The detached, approximately 70 m² 3½-room house "Carpe Diem" is located in a quiet and sunny hillside position, about 1 km from the center of Brezzo with its shops, bars, and restaurants.
At approximately 1.5 km distance, within the Belmonte holiday complex, there is a tennis court (for a fee) and a beautiful swimming pool with a children's pool.
Use of the pool is free of charge and, weather permitting, available from approximately mid-May to approximately the end of September (the key can be found in the house).
The tastefully furnished house offers an inviting outdoor area with an approximately 30 m² corner terrace and an approximately 700 m² enclosed garden.
Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains, including Sugar Loaf of Caldé and the Monte Rosa massif in the Western Swiss Alps, from both the interior and exterior of the house.
Both the living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available for browsing the internet.
You can park your car either in the parking lot by the garage in front of the house (15 steps to the house) or in the additional parking space above (20 steps). Das Haus und vor allem die kleine Küche sind super ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Freunden.
Es ist alles in Ordnung, aber die Einrichtung ist mittlerweile etwas abgewohnt. Das Sofa ist ein bisschen schmuddelig, der Hahn auf dem Klo tropft und in der Dusche im großen Schlafzimmer kam das Warmwasser nur in Tröpfelchen raus. Das neue Bad im anderen Schlafzimmer war super.
