For a little refreshment in between, there is a private beach approx. 30 m away as well as a pool with sunbathing area and outdoor shower (approx. 8 m x 5 m, open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather) for shared use with Villa Lago di Como. Grocery shops, bars and cafés can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The nearby restaurants will be happy to spoil you with freshly caught lake fish and traditional dishes. Como with its romantic old town is only about 20 km away and Bellaggio, which is only about 8 km away, is also a great place for a stroll. For sports enthusiasts, there is a waterskiing and diving school nearby; the house itself has free canoes (use at your own risk). If you would like to be spoilt with culinary delights at home, you can book a cook for this purpose (price by arrangement on site). The air conditioning in the flats can also be used for heating in the cooler months of the year. Additional heating is available on request. You can park your car within the enclosed grounds.
