The 170 m² of living space, furnished with attention to detail, is spread over 2 levels.
You can access the roof terrace from the parking area and from here a covered external staircase leads to the entrance on the ground floor.
From all areas you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the opposite shore and the Isola Comacina in a sunny and quiet location.
Two balconies, a terrace and the enclosed garden invite you to simply do nothing and relax.
Of course, the best place to do this is on the approx. 75 m² roof terrace with whirlpool.
The holiday feeling is absolutely pre-programmed here! If it gets too cosy for you, there are various sporting activities on offer.
You can go swimming in the Lario at the beach approx. 450 metres away, and there is also a waterskiing and diving school nearby.
Or you can hire a canoe from the landlord free of charge (use at your own risk) and explore the lake.
There are also plenty of ways to spend the day on land.
Lezzeno with its bars, cafés, grocery shops, restaurants and various leisure activities is only approx. 600 metres away.
The historic city of Como with its romantic old town is only approx. 20 km away and the picturesque Bellaggio, which is only approx. 8 km away, invites you to stroll and enjoy.
