Up to 4 people. Belvedere ONE: the name "Beautiful View" says it all! The former hotel of the same name was renovated a few years ago and divided into several apartments.
The view of the castles of Cannero, the Rocca di Caldé, and the lake all the way to the Western Swiss Alps is truly spectacular.
In a sunny location, you can enjoy the magnificent landscape here, both from the 3½-room maisonette apartment and from the sunbathing areas with an outdoor shower.
A perfect sunset from the pool (10 m x 8 m, open depending on the weather from approx. mid-May to approx. early October) almost seems kitschy.
From the parking level, you can reach the pool area below via approx. 10 steps, as well as the building entrance and the elevator to your apartment on the 1st floor.
Since the approx. 88 m² of living space is spread over 2 levels, there is a separate direct entrance in the upper area.
The tastefully modern furnishings combined with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining area transform "Belvedere ONE" into a kind of high seat overlooking the lake, from which you can never get enough of the view.
