Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, war ok.
Das Apartment war leider ohne Klimaanlage, obwohl alle anderen Apartments im selben Block eine hatten. Einige andere Verantalter boten das gleiche Apartment mit Klimaanlage an. Die Temperaturen sind im Sommer viel zu hoch, um ohne Klimaanlage auszukommen, vor allem Nachts.
