18 Woodlands Retreat is a beautiful contemporary lodge settled into a holiday park in Tattershall, with easy access to local amenities and attractions, making it an ideal base for a family looking to explore Lincolnshire.

Here, discover a kitchen where you can cook up a storm, presenting your meal at the dining space before settling into the tartan sitting area and enjoying a movie marathon, and with patio doors opening up on to the veranda, this is a delightful social hub that guests will lovely to spend time in.
Freshen up in the shower room before settling down for the night in one of the well-presented bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, beginning with a delightful king-size room with a sitting area, double doors onto the veranda and a freestanding bath and handy cloakroom, and there is also the choice of a triple room ideal for children, housing a bunk and single bed.

18 Woodlands Retreat is a single-storey dwelling consisting of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining space for five guests and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV, freestanding bath and en-suite cloakroom, and a family room with a bunk and single bed and Smart TV, along with a shower room. Extra pull-out bed located under the settee in the lounge for 2 additional guests, bringing total maximum occupancy to 7 guests; spare bedding will be found in the wardrobe. Outside there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a lake and please note this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
