This cosy 2-room holiday flat with 2 large south-facing balconies and a view of the sea for up to 4 people is centrally located in Westerland, close to the beach. The cosy living and sleeping area offers a foldaway bed with two single beds (2x 80x200 cm), a comfortable seating area with armchair and sofa as well as a TV to relax in. In the separate bedroom you will find a double bed (180x200 cm), another TV and a desk for your home office with two chairs. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A spacious shower awaits you in the spacious bathroom. There is a further guest WC in the entrance area of the flat. Free WiFi, an underground parking space (entry height 180 cm) and a lift are available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Washing machines (4x 1€) and dryers (4x 1€) are available for a fee in the building's laundry room.
