Das Haus ist sicher nicht das schönste auf der Insel, besticht durch seine zentrale Lage sowohl zum Meer als Einkaufspassage. Auf eine Beschwerde wurde umgehend reagiert.
Ðas direkte Umfeld des Hauses ist extrem vernachlässigt. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist in einem Zustand wo mittelfristig investiert werden muss.
