Gîte on the ground floor, adjoining the owner's house. Superb view, on the heights, facing the mountains.
Entrance by garage. Go down a few steps to access the day room:
Kitchen area (gas cooker, microwave, fridge-top, dishwasher), lounge area (TV with satellite channel, DVD player, radio/CD). WIRELESS.
2 steps to climb towards the corridor leading to the bedrooms:
Bedroom (2 single beds) and bedroom 140 with French window offering a superb view. Shower room, wc, washbasin.
Possibility of extra bed 1 pers. Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
Winter heating package. Unfenced land, sunny terrace with view, garden furniture, barbecue. Ping-pong.
Private garage for 1 car (washing machine, dryer, drawer freezer) with treadmill and elliptical trainer available.
Downhill and cross-country skiing 25 km. Hiking nearby. FISHING COTTAGE. Provision in winter of two pairs of adult snowshoes and 2 sleds.
