The holiday village is directly on the sea, making it ideal for families.
The resort offers a fantastic sea view and a great pool with a sea view.
The complex also features a kids' club/animation program and a great playground.
There is also an entertainment program for adults, a wide range of sports facilities, a restaurant, sports bar, pizzeria, and a long beach.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available for holiday guests. The Happy Premium accommodation can sleep 7 people and is modernly and prettily furnished.
The mobile home consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.
An additional sleeping option is available in the living room.
All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, cutlery, and pots, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table and chairs invites you to relax, while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Air conditioning, bed linen, and a travel cot/high chair are also available (please reserve at least one week before arrival).
An electric grill plate is provided.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have multiple properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days, as well as the minimum stay duration for your desired season.
Note: If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day for any reason, check-in on the following day is naturally possible (please notify us before arrival).
The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible in this case.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking will remain unchanged. BEACH The beach adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private section with loungers and umbrellas, as well as a free beach area.
The easily accessible beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.
Many water sports options are available to guests: banana boat, jet skis, kayaks; private and group sports courses are organized by trained staff.
Additionally, there are beach volleyball courts and a fitness zone for aerobics and water aerobics on the beach.
Thus, the beach is the ideal place to relax with a sunbath or engage in one of the many sports activities.
A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly delicious menu.
The lifeguard ensures safety throughout the day.
A diving school can be found about one kilometer away. POOL A great pool is available for holiday guests, along with a large sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas.
From the pool, you can enjoy a beautiful and breathtaking view of the sea or marvel at the sunset. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay active even on vacation, there is a wide choice: tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball court, and bocce courts.
Additionally, the animation team puts together a varied fitness program for every day.
Small boats, jet skis, kayaks, or banana boats can be rented at the beach. SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery store where you can find fresh food and a wide selection of everyday items.
The holiday complex also has a fruit and vegetable shop and a kiosk. FAMILY FRIENDLY During the mid and high seasons, a group of experienced animators will gently liven up your stay.
An entertainment program takes place every day.
The team also organizes workshops and beach parties.
For children, there is a mini-club and numerous workshops.
Your children will have the opportunity to participate as protagonists in evening shows.
Every evening, cabaret, game nights, and guest evenings are also organized, followed by disco and/or dance nights.
For those who want to engage in sports, there is a wide selection.
Multipurpose courts (basketball, volleyball, soccer), table tennis courts, bocce courts, a volleyball court, and tennis courts are available to guests. MEALS The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pots, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.
The holiday complex also offers a pizzeria, an à la carte restaurant on the beach, and a bar. PETS One pet up to a maximum of 35 kg is allowed upon registration at booking, for a fee.
If bringing a pet, a fee of 20 Euros must be paid in advance for the special final cleaning due to the pet. SPECIAL FEATURES Sports fields can be used for a fee.
Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc. are provided.
Accommodations are checked after departure to ensure cleanliness.
Any complaints will be charged at 50 Euros.
High chairs and travel cots should be ordered when booking if desired (for a fee according to the information in the additional costs) or must be requested at least 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed). Spend some quieter days in this charming village, as it is located a bit away from the summer tourist crowds, yet Trogir, just 5km away, is reachable by car in a few minutes. The nature around Seget Vranjica is stunning, and it is highly recommended to explore the region on foot or by bicycle. Dalmatia is known as the sunniest region in Croatia. Located in the south, it offers everything your heart desires, from major cities to small islands. For example, visit Zadar, the largest city in Dalmatia, with its great offers for sightseeing, culture, beaches, and leisure. The town of Primosten is famous for its beauty and fairytale-like scenery, located between Trogir and Sibenik. For culture and history enthusiasts, we highly recommend a visit to Sibenik! The journey by boat itself offers a unique opportunity to see a part of the nature surrounding the city. Countless sights, some even on the UNESCO World Heritage list, are concentrated in the old town and even rise from the sea. The Krka National Park is truly special. We recommend discovering it on foot or by bicycle. Waterfalls, small lakes, and ancient building ruins characterize this beautiful national park. Another national park, particularly interesting for diving enthusiasts, is the Kornati National Park with its amazing island labyrinth. The Solaris Aquapark is ideal for children – here, your children can let off steam while you read a book or enjoy a refreshing drink at the pool bar. Antipasti, fish, meat, and wine – you will find culinary delights in every restaurant in Dalmatia.
