This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The holiday resort is located in Livorno, directly on the coast and in close proximity to the sea. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a mini-market, a swimming pool with a separate children's area, a playground, a restaurant, and numerous other amenities.
Due to the slightly elevated position of the resort, guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the open sea every day – whether during breakfast on the restaurant terrace or from the panorama viewing plateau of the holiday village. The brick bungalows are built in typical Tuscan architecture and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The bungalow consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and (when booking for 5 people) a pull-out bed. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area has a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Air conditioning and satellite TV are available.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
A covered terrace with a table and chairs invites you to relax outdoors, while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Barbecuing is allowed at the designated barbecue area.
Driving time from the Italian border approx. 3h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.

The freely accessible beach can be comfortably reached via a staircase, while you can alternatively relax on the viewing terraces.
Surrounded by the historical backdrop of Castel Boccale and views of the islands Gorgona, Capraia, and Corsica, the beach invites you to an unforgettable day by the sea. Whether you want to swim, enjoy water sports, or simply relax in the peace – here you will find everything your heart desires.
POOL
The pool area is ideal for relaxing, swimming a few laps, or simply enjoying the sun. For children, there is a separate shallow pool, while adults can relax on a sun lounger by the pool.FAMILY FRIENDLY
The resort offers children aged 3 and above an indoor and outdoor area with creative workshops, group games, mini sports tournaments, and table tennis.The kids' club is open from mid-June to mid-September, and for children up to 5 years old, adult supervision is required.
For older guests aged 16 and above, there is a new room with billiards and foosball for relaxed evenings and exciting duels.
The game room is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00. For younger children, a playground and the mini-club are available.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
At Miramare, there are numerous opportunities to make your leisure time active and varied.For water sports enthusiasts, sailing, diving, as well as surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing are available.
The coast offers ideal conditions for learning to sail or exploring the underwater world with corals, caves, and marine life.
Surfers can have fun at famous spots like "Sale" and the "3 Bridges". Cyclists will also get their money's worth: the area offers both mountain bike trails through the Calafuria nature reserve and flat and hilly routes along the Costa degli Etruschi.
For golf enthusiasts, there is a 9-hole golf course nearby, combining sport, relaxation, and sea views.

The property is located in Livorno, directly on the Tuscan coast, just a few minutes from the city center. It is approximately 20 km from Pisa Airport and 90 km from Florence, with good connections to major cities and regional attractions.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Livorno is the third largest city in beautiful Tuscany, about 20 km southwest of Pisa. It is home to one of Italy's largest ports. Those interested in sightseeing can visit ancient churches, monuments, or the Duomo in the old town. The Piazza Grande forms the heart of the city. There are also various museums, and during the summer, numerous events take place. Food enthusiasts have a wide choice thanks to countless restaurants. You can try the famous fish stew Cacciucco or a Torta di Ceci (a type of pizza). The streets of Livorno, with the large Mercato Nuovo, are always bustling. The surrounding towns offer various restaurants, cafes, and discos. Interesting cities like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, or Florence await as day trip destinations. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is also highly recommended! Ultimate swimming fun for the whole family is promised at Acqua Village with its water slides in Cecina Mare, or at the amusement and theme park "Cavallino Matto". Elba Island and the other islands of the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago, such as Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio, and Giannutri, are all reachable within a day trip. Il Calidario is a well-equipped wellness center with a natural spring whose water temperature is 36°C. The Wine Route offers, in addition to high-quality wines, the opportunity to discover typical regional products and taste characteristic specialties such as olive oil, honey, cheese, and salami. A village on the Wine Route is Bibbona, which, with its magnificent nature trails in the forest, is the ideal place for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts. The famous Spiagge Bianche in Rosignano-Solvay (the white beaches) with fine light sand and blue sea are just a few kilometers away. Along the coast, you can enjoy various water sports, and the rather consistent wind has made Vada one of the most popular spots for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing enthusiasts. The Secche of Vada, a part of the sea with very shallow water, attract fishing enthusiasts all year round. The opportunity to explore seabeds with rich flora and fauna and marvel at the unexpected natural and archaeological features found here make it an ideal destination for many scuba divers. Nature lovers can visit the adventure park Il Giardino Sospeso. Here, you can spend a day in the forest on acrobatic suspension bridges among the trees.
