The mobile home is located in the beautiful Cisano San Vito holiday resort, in a strategic position between the charming towns of Bardolino and Lazise, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
The resort is separated from the beautiful, long pebble and sand beach only by the promenade and offers a variety of entertainment options.
In July and August, the animation team organizes a colorful program including windsurfing, kids' disco, treasure hunts, and tennis and swimming lessons.
The resort also features lovely pool areas with slides and water games, playgrounds, restaurants, a bar, a mini-market, WiFi, entertainment, and a kids' club for the younger guests.
The resort naturally offers many sports activities, whether on land or on the lake.
Furthermore, the resort is just a few minutes away from numerous theme and water parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva. The Happy Premium mobile home is modernly and brightly furnished.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 7 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms with two single beds each.
An additional sleeping arrangement is provided by the sofa bed in the living room.
The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian coffee maker, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
In some mobile homes, the toilet is separate.
The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, and two loungers invites you to relax, while the children can enjoy themselves by the pool.
Air conditioning and an electric grill plate are available.
Upon request, half-board or full-board can be booked on-site.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 2h.
Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have multiple units of the same type.
ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum stay duration for your desired season.
Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival).
The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking will remain unchanged.
BEACH The resort borders directly on Lake Garda and, as one of the few resorts on Lake Garda, has its own large sandy beach.
Thus, the beach is the ideal place to relax with a sunbath, read a book, or unwind while the children build sandcastles or play in the water.
Those who wish to satisfy their hunger or thirst on the beach can be served at the bar.
You also have the option to rent canoes, bicycles, and pedal boats.
POOL Here, you will find two family pools and a children's pool, offering great swimming fun for the whole family.
Slides and water games will make children's hearts beat faster.
The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.
Afterwards, you can relax wonderfully on the large sun terrace in one of the many sun loungers.
A well-stocked kiosk provides refreshments.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY With the animation team, the little guests can experience new adventures every day.
They can choose what they like best, be it tennis, swimming, aerobics or canoeing courses, football and volleyball tournaments, water skiing, mini-golf, beach games, or dance evenings.
If you prefer a quieter pace, you can enjoy a sunbath by one of the swimming pools or on the private beach.
LEISURE AND SPORTS The resort features a sports field/football pitch, tennis court, table tennis, and of course, many sports activities by the pool and lake.
SHOPPING In the mini-market, you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries.
The resort also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs, and camping items.
CATERING The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, and pots.
Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.
Of course, you also have the option to dine in one of the two restaurants within the holiday resort.

SPECIAL FEATURES In high season, bus transfer to Gardaland amusement park and the opportunity to try paragliding.
Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc. are provided.
The accommodations are checked afterwards to ensure cleanliness.
Any complaints will be charged at €50.
High chairs and travel cots must be ordered when booking if desired, or reported at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with children. The location is also suitable for excursions to the beautiful villages of Lazise and Bardolino.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Cisano di Bardolino is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, between Bardolino and Lazise. South of the village, the "Museo dell’Olio" (Olive Oil Museum), where you can also purchase many culinary delights, invites you to visit. The historic church of Santa Maria di Cisano with its well-preserved Lombard decorative panels is also worth a visit. Every Monday, there is a weekly market in Cisano, which invites you to stroll. There are many wineries around Cisano di Bardolino. Villa Calincantus is located just one kilometer from Cisano and is characterized by its rustic charm. Another winery is Tenuta Preella Lamberti, where you can also sample precious regional wines every day of the week. Cisano also offers good opportunities to explore the nearby and further surroundings. Bardolino also offers good opportunities to explore the nearby and further surroundings. Verona, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course the world-renowned Arena with open-air performances, is only half an hour away for a city trip. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping spree. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Bardolino. A trip around Lake Garda is always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of theme parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, you will find Gardaland, one of the largest theme parks in Italy. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a white-water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for everyone. Right next door, Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking trail, visitors can go on a safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.

Es stand in der Beschreibung ein Schlafsofa. Leider konnte man das nicht ausziehen. Es hat für die 7. Person auch eine Decke und ein Kissen gefehlt.
Zudem habe ich mitbekommen und gesehen bei der Reinigung das die Bettlaken und die Decke nie mit raus genommen wurden zum waschen. Am nächsten Tag kamen neue Leute und der Gedanke daran ist sehr widerlich
