The mobile home is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Cisano San Vito, in a strategic position between the fascinating towns of Bardolino and Lazise, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.

The holiday complex is located - separated only by the promenade - on the beautiful, long pebble and sandy beach and offers a variety of entertainment options.

In July and August, the entertainment team organises a varied programme including windsurfing, children's disco, treasure hunts and tennis and swimming lessons.

The holiday village also has beautiful pool facilities with slides and water games, playgrounds, restaurants, a bar, a mini market, wifi, entertainment and a mini club for younger guests.

The resort also offers many sports facilities, whether on land or on the lake.

The holiday village is also just a few minutes away from the many leisure and water parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva.

The Happy Premium mobile home is modern and brightly furnished.

The accommodation offers space for a maximum of 7 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.

The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodation.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, Italian espresso pot, saucepans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.

The WC is separate in some mobile homes.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam by the pool.

Air conditioning and an electric barbecue are available.

On request, you can book half or full board on site.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The holiday village borders directly on Lake Garda and is one of the few holiday resorts on Lake Garda to have its own large sandy beach.

This makes the beach the ideal place to sunbathe, read a book or relax while the children build sandcastles or let off steam in the water.

If you want to quench your hunger or thirst on the beach, you can get something to eat at the bar.

You can also hire canoes, bikes and pedalos.

POOL There are two family pools and a children's pool with plenty of fun for the whole family.

Slides and water games make children's hearts beat faster.

The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.

Afterwards, you can relax on the large sun terrace in one of the many sun loungers.

A well-stocked kiosk provides refreshments.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY With the entertainment team, younger guests can experience new adventures every day.

You can choose what you like best, be it tennis, swimming, aerobics or canoeing courses, football and volleyball tournaments, water skiing, minigolf, beach games or dance evenings.

If you prefer to take it easy, you can enjoy sunbathing at one of the swimming pools or on the private beach.

LEISURE AND SPORTS The holiday village has a sports field/football pitch, tennis court, table tennis and of course many sports facilities at the pool and lake.

SHOPPING In the mini-market you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and other groceries.

The complex also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs and camping items.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Of course you also have the opportunity to eat in one of the two restaurants within the holiday complex.

SPECIAL FEATURES In the high season, bus transfer to the Gardaland amusement park and the possibility of paraflying.

The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
