The holiday complex offers all amenities for a pleasant family holiday.
Guests have access to several swimming pools (adult pool, children's pool, jacuzzi/whirlpool, and a current channel) as well as a restaurant, bar, playground, entertainment, mini club, tennis court, mini-golf course, mini-market, and many other services.
The center of Sirmione is about 3km away, and the shopping center is reachable within 1km.
A stay in this holiday village can be combined very well with a visit to one of the many theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, or the Caneva water park. The beautiful Maxicaravan Prestige mobile home, built in 2017, accommodates up to 6 people and features one bedroom with a double bed and two children's bedrooms, each with two single beds.
In the living room, you will find a well-equipped kitchenette with pots, dishes, cutlery, an Italian coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a shower.
Additionally, adjacent to the master bedroom, there is a separate toilet with a sink.
Satellite TV and air conditioning are provided.
Lockers for valuables can be used free of charge at the reception.
The covered patio with a table and chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Travel time from the Italian border is approx. 1.5 hours.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The holiday complex has its own beach section with pebbles and sand.
This beach can be reached within a short walking distance.
As the beach slopes gently, it is ideal for families with small children.
On the lake, you will find a kiosk/bar for a snack or an ice cream.
It is possible to rent sailing, motor, and pedal boats and to register at the surf school. POOL The holiday village impresses with its well-maintained pool facilities.
The wonderfully refreshing water invites young and old to swim, bathe, and splash around.
An adult pool, a children's pool with various water games, as well as a whirlpool/jacuzzi and a current channel are available to guests.
At the edge of the pool, you will find sun umbrellas and loungers, which you can use free of charge. FAMILY FRIENDLY The animation team provides plenty of entertainment for young and old from Sunday to Friday.
In the Mini, Junior, and Teen Club, various games and activities are offered for children and teenagers.
A separate playground and a playroom await the little guests.
A team of professional animators is available to entertain your children with games and sports activities such as football, basketball, beach volleyball, and archery.
Every week, the animation team organizes a performance in which all children can participate.
In the evening, there is a daily mini-disco and various entertainment shows. LEISURE AND SPORTS Look forward to sports facilities such as a mini-golf course, tennis and football pitches, and an archery range.
You can rent canoes, motorboats, jet skis, and pedal boats.
On the private beach, there is also a beach volleyball court.
Finally, sport is the strength of the holiday village, with 4 tennis courts and 2 multi-purpose courts with modern and functionally equipped changing rooms.
If you want to go on a bike tour, you can rent bicycles at the holiday complex.
For those who love to dance, the animation team offers Zumba and dance classes daily. SHOPPING In the mini-market, you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, meat, cheese, and other groceries, among other things.
Would you like to do some major shopping? The town center of Sirmione is just a few minutes' drive from the holiday village. MEALS The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pots.
Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.
You can, of course, also take advantage of half or full board at advantageous rates.

In the various bars of the complex, you will be entertained with live music and dancing.
The pizzeria/restaurant with a magnificent lake view offers buffets, theme nights, and barbecues.

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with young children. The old town of Sirmione can be reached in just 3km.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Sirmione is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The mainland juts out narrowly and long into Lake Garda for 4 kilometers here, making the much-visited town truly the jewel in the crown of the southern Lake Garda shore. Next to the only bridge stands a beautiful water castle, and the colorful, romantically winding old town makes your vacation a dream. North of the old town, the tip of the peninsula invites you for an idyllic walk with a charming lake view. Visit the "Grotten of Catull," the ruins of one of the largest Roman villas at the end of cypress and olive groves, or enjoy a stay in one of the modern thermal baths. Since Roman times, Sirmione has been an important spa town thanks to the sulfurous Boiola healing spring, which emerges from the bottom of Lake Garda next to the peninsula. In the Lugana district, a small, manageable weekly market with excellent food stalls and outstanding local products from small regional farms takes place every Friday. In Colombare di Sirmione, you can stroll through the market on Mondays. In just 45 minutes by car, you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-renowned Arena with open-air performances. By train, you can even get to Verona in just 20 minutes. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for extensive shopping trips. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Desenzano. A drive around Lake Garda is always an experience. However, vacationers seeking peace and quiet will also find what they are looking for in the Desenzano area. The beautiful, typically Lombard town of Lonato is about six kilometers west of Desenzano. It boasts a magnificent Baroque cathedral with a mighty dome and a towering city spire. From the "Rocca" castle ruins, located on a hill overlooking the striking historical town center, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the moraine hill landscape all the way to the lake. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions ranging from a white-water slide to a fairy-tale themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, counting several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
