The holiday residence is located in Garda just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda.
Garda offers supermarkets, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.
The residence also features an attractive outdoor pool with loungers, umbrellas, and an integrated whirlpool for adults.
For the younger guests, there is a children's pool for splashing around.
There is a great panoramic terrace where a communal barbecue is also available.
The residence has communal washing machines and dryers (for a fee).
There are also 2 charging stations for e-cars.
An elevator is also available in the residence. The elegant and bright 3-room apartment Trilo Top is located on the ground floor, first, or second floor (assignment by the landlord), offers a great view of the pool, and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. (An extra bed for a baby in a travel cot is possible on request).
The bedroom equipped with a double bed has both air conditioning and a TV.
There is also another bedroom with two single beds and its own air conditioning.
If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two additional sleeping possibilities.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, cutlery, dishes, and pots, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the living area, you will also find air conditioning and another TV.
The attractive bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
Depending on the assignment, the accommodation has a furnished terrace or a balcony.
Both invite you to relax and linger together while the children can romp around the pool and make new friends.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.

A whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge around the pool.

LOCATION
The comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is located in the hills of Garda, just 1 km from the historic center of Garda. Not only are the beaches around the beautiful Lake Garda within a few minutes' walk, but an excursion into the winding alleys of Garda's old town is also recommended. Here you can stroll, and many restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors invite you to take a break.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The town invites you to take wonderful walks along the extensive lakeside promenade. Garda also has a small harbor where you can watch the busy hustle and bustle of fishermen or embark on a discovery tour by boat. The buildings and architecture in Garda are characterized by the former great power of Venice. Let yourself be inspired by the elegantly and dynamically decorated buildings. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious fresh fish and meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables affordably at the weekly market. The market day in Garda is once a week. Next to Garda is the town of Peschiera del Garda. This lures with its old town, which is surrounded by canals, and its mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. In just over half an hour, you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-famous arena with open-air performances. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for extensive shopping tours. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you'll find Gardaland, one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the white-water raft to the fairy-tale themed world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants.
