The accommodation is located in the well-kept Residence Tiglio, surrounded by greenery.

The complex is located in Lugana di Sirmione, not far from the historic town of Sirmione and borders directly on the beautiful Lake Garda.

Guests are offered a beautiful pool area with water slides for children and three pools of different depths, inviting both young and old to splash around together.

There is also a restaurant, a pizzeria, a supermarket and a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer available to guests.

There is also a playground for younger guests.

The 40 square metre 2-room flat Bilo Classic offers space for a maximum of 4 people (including babies) and is located on the ground floor or first floor, depending on the allocation.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed.

If required, two separate sofa beds in the combined living and dining area offer additional sleeping options.

The functional kitchenette is also located in the living area and is equipped with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso pot, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a washbasin, a WC, a bidet and a shower.

Depending on the allocation, the flat is equipped with a furnished balcony or a covered terrace.

Both invite you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam at the pool and make new friends.

SAT-TV is available.

Barbecuing is permitted in the complex with a gas or charcoal barbecue (you must bring your own barbecue).

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The complex borders directly on the beautiful Lake Garda.

For an unforgettable bathing experience, we recommend you visit one of the free pebble beaches within walking distance of the residence.

Enjoy a dip in the cool water with your family or read a book in a shady spot.

We are sure that the whole family will enjoy themselves on Lake Garda.

POOL The complex has a beautiful pool area, which consists of a large pool for experienced swimmers and two children's pools for younger guests.

All three pools have their own slides, which provide fun and games for the children and round off an eventful day by the pool.

Free parasols and sunbeds are available to guests around the pool.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The residence offers the youngest guests two children's pools where they can splash around and make new friends with children from all over the world.

There is also a playground where children can let off steam.

Families with small children also have the option of hiring a high chair or travel cot on site.

LEISURE AND SPORT In addition to the pool in the complex, guests also have the option of hiring bikes on site and exploring the surrounding area on two wheels.

Those who wish can also take a trip to one of the nearby tennis courts or golf courses (both for a fee) and challenge their family and friends to an exciting duel.

SHOPPING There is a small supermarket in the residence where you can stock up on everyday items and groceries.

You will find other shopping facilities in the neighbourhood.

The old town centre of Sirmione is also great for a stroll.

CATERING The accommodation has a functional kitchenette, which is equipped with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso pot, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, you can also visit the restaurant or pizzeria in the complex and indulge in delicious Italian cuisine.

There are other restaurants within walking distance of the complex.

PETS 1 pet (up to mx. 35 cm) is allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.
