On the ground floor, the house offers a large living and dining area, providing a pleasant space for socializing.
Also on this floor, there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
On the top floor, there is a twin bedroom with a private bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen ensures all the necessary facilities for preparing meals during your stay.
Outside, the house features a private pool and a pleasant barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate.
Located in Portimão, just a few minutes from the beaches and areas with restaurants, bars, and local shops, this property offers a perfect base for exploring the best of the region.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a reservation to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a great addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group security deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 12.
From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable everything was. The outdoor area with the pool and barbecue was perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore the surroundings. Would definitely recommend for a group holiday.
