About the Host
A warm "Grüß Gott" to all seeking relaxation here in the beautiful Chiemgau! We, the Kirchmaier family, welcome you to our holiday farm located directly on the shores of the picturesque Chiemsee.
For many years, holiday guests have spent the best time of the year with us in Schützing.
A holiday at Kirchmaier-Hof means relaxation amidst the nature of the idyllic Chiemgau with a direct view of the Chiemsee and the mountains.
At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business, offering plenty of farm adventures and various animals, especially for our younger guests.
We pour our heart into everything we do: therefore, we are currently expanding our holiday farm and setting up new luxury holiday apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests.
We want to share the unique location of our farm directly on the shores of the Chiemsee with our guests.

We look forward to your visit! Conditions/Extras The prices quoted are plus a local visitor's tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for persons aged 16 and over.
Children aged 6 to 15: EUR 0.50.
Children up to 6 years: EUR 0.00.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, as we charge a cancellation fee of 90% if a cancelled date cannot be rebooked.
If rebooked, a processing fee of EUR 100,- will apply.
We offer a bread roll service upon request.
A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the house.
Our non-smoking holiday apartments are all equipped to be allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed! Directions The Kirchmaier holiday farm is located in Schützing on the eastern shore of the Chiemsee, between the well-known holiday resorts of Seebruck and Chieming.
The access road leads through the Chieming district of Stöttham.
