This beautiful family villa Ladonja is located in Sveti Petar u Sumi, a very picturesque village in central Istria.
The charming villa is surrounded by the greenery of rural Istria, where you can definitely spend a relaxing holiday in Istria with your family and still be close to all tourist destinations.
This fully fenced villa has a pool where you can swim and refresh yourself on hot summer days.
You can sunbathe on the deckchairs and enjoy the sun's rays.
If you want to prepare an outdoor lunch for your family, there is a barbecue, a terrace and a covered dining area at your disposal.
Upon entering the villa, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a variety of delicacies, a dining area and a living room.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Schönes Haus, alles da, was man braucht, großer Pool, wie auf den Bildern. Branka empfing uns mit allerlei Getränken, Brot, istrischen Leckereien und Obst .....das hätten wir nicht erwartet....Danke liebe Branka. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen.

Die Villa Ladonja war genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos! Alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Außenanlagen war sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist das Highlight! Die Gastgeberin Branka war super nett! Sie stand jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns mit leckerem selbst gemachten Wein begrüßt. Wir bedanken uns nochmal von Herzen bei Branka und ihrer Familie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
