Villa Mariposa is fantastically located above the wonderful, long Meia Praia dune beach in a upscale villa district, quiet yet not remote.
Only the olive and fig trees growing in the lush garden obscure the view of the sea. The house has been renovated and now offers its guests air conditioning in all rooms, a modern kitchen, and a great covered, brick-built barbecue area overlooking the pool.
The house can be entered through 2 separate entrances.
The entrance next to the covered parking leads into a small living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom.
The main entrance leads into the spacious living area with a dining space and open-plan kitchen.
The two bedrooms and bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are located in the rear part of the house.
Both areas of the house are connected and are not rented separately. The pool terrace can be secured for small children from the sun terrace by a balustrade with pillars and lockable doors.
The BBQ area is covered, featuring brick-built benches and granite tables, ideal for peacefully enjoying warm outdoor evenings with a glass of wine and fresh fish, and watching the sea sparkle through the trees. You can reach the beautiful beach and beach restaurants by car in about 3 minutes, or a 15-minute walk.

Zwembad, BBQ, s avonds buiten eten onder afdak, uit de zon! Keuken goed uitgerust, 2 frigos. Behalve stompe messen maar verholpen door tuinman! 👍 Code en sleutel voor gemakkelijke toegang.
De bedden zijn te hard. Dringende investering nodig! Niemand gezien van de host om misschien een kleine uitleg te geven.
Immer wieder Algarve/Lagos.

War wiedermal ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Anwesen. Man sollte sich allerdings in und um Lagos ein wenig auskennen (Lage des Hauses, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) Man braucht einen Leihwagen.

Lovely quiet location, ideal for a relaxing holiday. This is the second time we have stayed at this villa, stayed a couple of years ago, but this time felt it was a bit tired and could do with updating, particularly some of the bathroom fittings
