Adosado Marol is located in Conil de la Frontera, it is a family house and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.
The townhouse consists of two floors, on the first floor there is a bedroom with a 150cm bed, bathroom, and living room-kitchen.
From the living room/kitchen there is access to the swimming pool through large windows.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with two beds of 90cm in which there is a terrace overlooking the pool and on the same floor a bathroom and a double bedroom with a bed of 150cm.
In the outdoor patio there is a fenced pool measuring 4.5x2.5, barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy a pleasant conviviality.
In total the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Maximum capacity for 6 people Additional services and amenities include, high speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.
The house has on-site parking for one vehicle.
The house is only suitable for families with children.
Groups of young people are not allowed, pets are not allowed and parties are not allowed in the house.
In front of the house, there is a supermarket Maxi día.
There is a gas station at 1 minute and a Mercadona supermarket at 3 minutes by car.
The beach of the Fontanilla is to 3 minutes in car.

Vanuit het comfortabele huis ben je zo op uitvalswegen die je snel naar bv Cadiz, Jerez en andere interessante steden brengen. De boodschappen kun je doen op 50 meter afstand. Zowel het strand als de binnenstad van Conil zijn op loopafstand gemakkelijk te bereiken
Heel kort zon in de tuin en op terras boven (in januari)
Vanuit vakantiehuis kan makkelijk de gezellige plaats inlopen.
