The accommodation comprises - A living room with a comfortable lounge/dining area, sofa bed, coffee table, television, wifi, dining table. - A terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the open air - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, combi oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A second living room arranged as a cinema with video projector connected to Netflix and sofa bed. - A bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath and sauna - A separate WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron. Location: Le Rex is located in Nantes, in a lively area with shops and restaurants nearby.
You'll be able to try the very good pastries from the Barnabé bakery, which is committed to sustainable development and will undoubtedly win you over.

The Machines de l'île, Saint Pierre Cathedral and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne are all within easy reach. Public transport: - If you choose to come by car, you can park in the adjacent pay streets - Nearest train station: Gare Sud, 20 minutes away by public transport - Nearest airport: 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transport - From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes. - Tram lines 3 and 2 are within walking distance, get off at the Vincent gâche stop. Other remarks: - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Le Rex Très beau logement, très agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul le stationnement est difficile ( horodateur très cher et il faut renouveler le paiement toutes les 10h).
