Simple house divided into 3 independent apartments situated a couple of meters away from the beautiful and quiet beach of Llafranc, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to restaurants, cafes and shops.
This 70m2 apartment is on the ground floor with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
There is a large terrace where you will be able to enjoy outdoor breakfasts and meals.This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava!

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, gas hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
It consists of 1 double bedroom (135x190cm bed) , 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor shower and toilet.
Free Wifi . Pets accepted only by prior request and with a supplement.
Apartment for families only, reservations of young people under 35 years of age not accepted. The apartment is in Llafranc, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Security Deposit (refundable) : 150 € per booking Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Cot/Crib : 5 € per day . El apartamento esta bien ubicado solo a 3 minutos de la playa. Y bonita terraza para tomar el sol y tranquilidad.
Dentro del apartamento no estaba limpio del todo y hacía frío y ningún tipo de calefacción. Lo demás estaba todo bien.

2008-Aucun soucis appartement trouvez en bon etat dommage pour les fourmis mais c'est la nature joli endroit très plaisant et très magnifique merci a vs Mario D. c'est toujours aussi beau mais par contre les voisins étaient beaucoup plus bruyants surtout le matin au lever du soleil mais sinon c'est un endroit très beau et l'appartement est toujours aussi correct. Maria DF.
