The open modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities. The kitchen has a cooking island with an electric stove with 4 burners, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and a dishwasher. The 7 bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Each room is also equipped with air conditioning for the warm summer months. The private parking lot can accommodate up to 10 vehicles. The spacious garden of more than 8000 m2 is partially fenced and perfect for a game of football.
