A lovely two bedroom apartment on the popular Parque Santiago II complex in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with pool and sea views. Well equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher and wifi internet access. Pets: Not allowed.

It features a cosy 3-seater sofa, complemented by two armchairs, allowing ample seating for your comfort.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with the wall-mounted flat-screen TV offering a selection of English and international satellite channels.
A coffee table with a wifi router is also provided, ensuring connectivity during your stay.
Furthermore, a dining table with four chairs is available for shared meals and enjoyable conversations. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

A door leads to a small third bedroom where a 5th person can sleep. There are 2 mattresses here (suitable for children as the 3rd bedroom leads off the 2nd bedroom). If preferable, one of the mattresses can be moved into the living room, if the 5th person is an adult.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, a WC, and a washing machine. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does not have lift access, which may be difficult for those with mobility concerns. For your convenience, linen and towels are provided, and an optional linen/towel change is available for 8 euros per person.
The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, and if desired, an additional cleaning service can be arranged for 12 euros per hour. Please be aware that the lead guests must be 25 years or older, and the rental is limited to families only.

The apartment I a good size with everything you need . Sun loungers on both balconies was a winner.
Really liked the fact that it is a duplex apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms.
Very close to bars and restaurants.
You have to pay for sun loungers at thepool but with this apartment they are provided on the balcony with just a short walk to the pool for a dip.
