Spacious Holiday Apartment with Double Terrace and Sea View in Port de Sóller
Enjoy the prime location of this light-filled holiday apartment in a well-maintained complex directly on the hillside above the bay of Port de Sóller.
Located on the second floor and accessible via an external staircase, this apartment offers you a fantastic view over the harbor, the sea, the typical Mallorcan landscape, and the Tramuntana Mountains. The apartment impresses with its open-plan concept: enter the spacious living and dining area and discover the adjacent, approximately 25 m² sun terrace – fully equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and an umbrella.
As a special extra, the apartment features a second terrace of about 15 m², which presents itself as a quiet refuge surrounded by lush vegetation.
Both terraces are connected and offer diverse relaxation opportunities. The fully equipped, open kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area.
In the rear part of the apartment, a cozy double bedroom and a modern shower room await you.
A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) is available to all guests. The amenities of the complex include a communal pool with a sun terrace, accessible via stairs.
The unbeatable location is evident in its proximity to all attractions: the lively center of Port de Sóller with its harbor, sandy beach, and numerous restaurants and shops is just a few minutes' walk away.

Port de Sóller is a beautiful, protected bay in the east of the island, right by the Tramuntana Mountains. The town features a lovely beach with an adjacent harbor promenade and numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, almost all with fantastic views of the bay stretching out before them. Port de Sóller is a great starting point for hikers and for various excursions by water and by land.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die große Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt.
