The family-run Residence Doria impresses with its central location, just a few minutes' walk from the lake and the historic centre of Garda with its winding alleyways, restaurants and shops.

The flats are functionally furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

In addition to an in-house bar, which also offers a breakfast buffet for an extra charge, there is a wonderful sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers, as well as a fantastic panoramic view.

A car park is available.

The 40 square metre two-room flat offers space for a maximum of 4 people.

It has a bedroom with two single beds (double bed on request).

The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space for 2 people.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso or coffee machine and a fridge.

The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, hairdryer and shower.

The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax.

Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type. DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH Not far from the complex, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends. POOL The swimming pool on the roof terrace provides a refreshing cool-down in the summer months and offers a marvellous view of the lake and the rooftops of the city. FAMILY-FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches on Lake Garda or swimming fun for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool.

A baby cot can be provided on request (reservation required when booking). LEISURE AND SPORT The residence has an outdoor pool.

Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a wide range of sporting activities.

You can practise water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and motor boating.

The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours. SHOPPING Supermarkets and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. CATERING The accommodation has a very well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, Italian espresso or coffee machine and a fridge.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Breakfast can be booked on request on arrival.
