The historic Riva del Garda is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Garda.

The comfortable apartments in the residence offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
A playground, as well as a football and volleyball court, and table tennis are also available.
You can rent mountain bikes directly at the accommodation.

For an extra charge, you can use the communal washing machine and dryer.
Barbecuing is allowed in a specially designated area and incurs costs. The 50 sqm three-room apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

A baby cot and a high chair can be borrowed free of charge (reservation required at booking).

Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a variety of sporting activities.
You can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motor boating.

LOCATION
This comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is beautifully nestled between Lake Garda and the mountains. The public bathing beach, as well as the beautiful promenade that leads you to the center of Riva, are approximately 700m away.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Riva is located on the northern shore of Lake Garda and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful towns on the lake. In addition to visiting the Roman excavation site, a stroll along the beautiful lake promenade is recommended. The winding and typically Italian alleys with all sorts of souvenir and clothing shops, as well as bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, invite you to wander. Treat yourself to an aperitif at one of the bars in the piazza and enjoy the lively atmosphere unfolding before you.
A visit to the turquoise-blue mountain lake "Lago di Tenno," which you can reach after a half-hour drive, as well as the Varone waterfall, is also recommended. A drive around Lake Garda is also a great experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For instance, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a whitewater raft ride to a fairytale theme world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking path, visitors can go on a safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.

Obwohl die Einrichtung etwas veraltet ist, fanden wir sie schön und gut gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Swimmingpool inmitten der Grünanlage, den wir sehr oft genutzt haben. Der Strand ist in der Nähe, so dass man abwechselnd am Pool und am Strand liegen kann. Meine Familie und ich werden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Wohnung mit eine kleine Küche mit einem guten Induktionsfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher in guten Zustand.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön . Sehr weitläufige schöne grüne Anlagen gepflegt. Nur ein paar Gehminuten vom See entfernt ebenfalls vom Zentrum.Pool und Liegen sind super.
