Holiday House - CASA PLAYA - in a Prime Location
The holiday house is situated on a hill about 1 km outside the center, in a very quiet location at the end of a low-traffic side street within a holiday resort.
The beach – with white sand and sheltered bays – is approximately 2 km away. The house offers two large bedrooms on the first floor, each with built-in wardrobes.
One room has a double bed which also includes a baby cot, while the other has two single beds.
The double bedroom features two sliding glass doors leading to a balcony that offers sea views over several houses in the resort.
The balcony of the single-bed room, with views of the volcanic landscape, invites you to linger.
The large bathroom is also located on the first floor, between the two bedrooms.
It is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. The modern kitchen is on the ground floor and includes a fridge/freezer, 3 ceramic hob burners, microwave, toaster, and oven.
Adjacent to it is the cozy living room with access to the terrace.
Here, guests can receive a range of German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian TV programs via Smart TV.
Additionally, there is the option to use the high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
There is also a small bathroom on the ground floor with a mosaic-tiled, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The terrace features a large dining table with 6 chairs, as well as 6 sun loungers with comfortable cushions.
Two sunshades provide the desired protection.
A large and a small communal swimming pool, about 100 m from the house, invite young and old to enjoy daily fun! The beach is easily accessible via a paved walkway.
There are several sheltered bays here, protected from the waves, making them very suitable for children.
Several restaurants near the beach cater well to guests' culinary needs, and there is also a large supermarket located here.
Passionate golfers can indulge their hobby on two nearby golf courses! A tennis court is located 1 km away.
Bicycles can be rented at the beach in Caleta de Fuste.
Water sports equipment can be rented at the beach.
Plenty of entertainment options are available in Caleta de Fuste (one to two km away).
Excursion destinations are very diverse, such as Corralejo (white sand dunes), Costa Calma, and Jandia.
In La Lajita, there is a animal and botanical park.
A rental car is recommended. Please note that this is a non-smoking house! As usual, a deposit of €200 is collected upon check-in.
