By booking the holiday apartment, you acknowledge the following house rules.

Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time if there are any deviations from the stated arrival times.
The chip card handover takes place at the reception, and if extra services are desired, such as booking paid underground parking spaces, this will be arranged individually. We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure. Used dishes should be put back clean and dry in the cupboards; the beds do not need to be stripped. Please throw all used towels into a pile on the floor before departure. Bathroom. To prevent limescale deposits, we ask you to squeegee the tiles/glass of the shower after showering. Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Please use the provided facilities. Damages No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks.
If this should happen, we ask you to report the damage immediately so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. Bedding The costs for the final cleaning are covered by the total price, unless otherwise agreed.

Please return everything as you would like to find it yourself. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Ventilation To prevent mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation (5-10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering. Waste As we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to help us with this. Waste must be separated as follows: -> Packaging material according to the yellow bag, i.e., all packaging with the green dot. -> Paper (blue bin) The bin for this is in the cloakroom. -> Organic (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories) -> We will dispose of used glass/returnable bottles for you upon request. We will provide you with trash bags. Parking is available directly in the underground garage of the complex. In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities, or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction.
Defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period to rectify the defects.
Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be offset. Smoking Smoking is fundamentally prohibited in our holiday apartment.
Damages such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floors, bedding, etc., will result in us having to charge you the replacement value. Smoking is permitted on the entire property.
