Simple house with private pool and sea views located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from the beautiful and peaceful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Outdoor area of 500 m2 with garden and private pool (6x3m) with spectacular sea and mountain views.
It has a portable barbecue and a porch with a table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool.
Garage.
Indoor area of 65 m2 with living-dining room (tv, fireplace), kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine), 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Young people not accepted.
This property is only for families. - Pets upon request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water.
Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking.
You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Conditions for groups - In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer.
Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

08-09 Manque une cafetière électrique. Sinon,bon rapport qualité prix pour cette période. Edith D. Réponse Hispanoa : Les habitudes et équipements Espagnols varient sensiblement des nôtres (les cafetières ne sont pas systématiquement électriques,tout comme la présence de grands bols et de saladiers)

Satisfaite de la maison. Assez loin du bruit de Lloret. Très agréable pour la saison, et j'ai apprécié le garage pour mettre la voiture à l'ombre, pas facile à garer, mais faisable (j'ai un break). Barbecue et cafetière, OK. Jardiniers qui viennent faire l'entretien super sympas. Les chambres au lit de 90 sont petites. Idéal pour être tranquilles. Beatrice T.
