Strømnettet i huset er dårlig og sikringene gikk ofte. Noe av dette var åpenbart vertene kjent med. Etter mye masing og utfordring med å få svar fra vertene kom det elektriker. Det er lite varmtvann, særlig på kjøkkenet.
