Located within a beautiful urbanization with a communal pool, you'll enjoy a privileged location near the La Duquesa Marina and with excellent connections to explore Málaga and Cádiz, including Algeciras and Tarifa, less than an hour's drive away. 🚗✨ The 244 m² property features five bedrooms spread across several floors—accessed by comfortable stairs—where four rooms have double beds and one has a single bed plus a rollaway bed.
Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, and the others share strategically located bathrooms.
All bedrooms offer terraces or balconies with sea views, creating a relaxing and bright atmosphere. 🌅🛏️ Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with outdoor furniture that invites you to create unforgettable family moments.
The living-dining room, connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more), is the ideal place to share home-cooked meals or relax after a day at the beach. 🍽️☕ The property also includes air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, hot/cold air pump heating, a fireplace, Wi-Fi connection, alarm system, washing machine, hairdryer, and a private garage in a nearby building.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en esta casa en primera línea de playa. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones, suficiente para toda nuestra familia. Nos encantó estar tan cerca de la playa, ¡bajábamos caminando en solo unos minutos! La cocina está completamente equipada, lo cual fue útil para preparar desayunos en casa antes de salir. Además, los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina.
