Set within a beautiful urbanisation with communal pool, you will enjoy a privileged location close to the Duquesa Marina and with excellent connections to explore Málaga and Cádiz, including Algeciras and Tarifa, less than an hour's drive away. 🚗✨




The 244 m² property has five bedrooms spread over several floors - accessed via convenient staircases - where four bedrooms have double beds and one has a single bed plus an extra bed. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the rest share strategically located bathrooms. All bedrooms offer terraces or balconies with sea views, creating a relaxing and bright atmosphere. 🌅🛏️




Enjoy a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture that invites you to create unforgettable moments with your family. The living-dining room, connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and more), is the ideal place to share home-cooked meals or relax after a day at the beach. 🍽️☕
