This stylish brand new 3 bedroom villa is located in a popular area of Los Alcazares and is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.
The villa has its own private pool with a large sheltered outside dining space and BBQ area. Inside, the villa is stylishly decorated with and a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens out on the pool, which is cleverly surrounded by a netted safety guard, which is removable. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds with lots of wardrobe space, and offers the option of a cot if needed.
Adjacent to this, there is a bathroom with walk in shower and a separate utility room with washing machine. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, the second and main bedroom is very spacious and has large patio doors that open out on to the first floor terrace, with glass frontage.
This is a great space to sit, relax and take in the views of the Mar Menor. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and is very similar to the first, modern with plenty of wardrobe space.
Situated between the two bedrooms there is also another bathroom, with a walk in shower. From the first floor landing there is separate access to the rooftop terrace, with sun loungers and a seating area, it’s the prefect place to relax and take in the amazing uninterrupted views of the Mar Menor. The villa comes with a smart TV with channels from across the world including the UK and Wi-Fi internet is provided free of charge.
It also offers the use of a beach cart and 2 adult bikes, allowing guests to travel a little further afield, taking advantage of the flat terrain of the surrounding areas. Los Alcazares is a fantastic area for a family holiday with long sandy beaches and shallow waters on the Mar Menor.
