Ideally located just a stone's throw from the bustling Place du Pin or the pretty Port de Nice and its colourful boats, the "pointus", you'll be able to enjoy the pleasures of a lively, authentic neighbourhood for a weekend or longer holiday on the Côte d'Azur!


The flat is a duplex comprising
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen : fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster

- Living room with sofa, a Smart TV with free wifi connection

- A dining area

- A terrace with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in the sun

- An upstairs bedroom with a standard size 140x190 bed

- An en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit & WC.


A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
