In this warm and spacious apartment, you will be located in the République district, a few steps from Place Garibaldi and the pretty Place du Pin, a landmark for food lovers.
The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift of a Nice building.
The bedrooms overlook the courtyard with double glazing to maintain tranquility within the accommodation for a stay that is as exhilarating as it is relaxing.
The accommodation is arranged as follows: upon entering the apartment, the hallway leads to a first bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190) and storage closets.
The hallway then opens onto a beautiful living room consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a dining area, a lounge area with a sofa, coffee tables, as well as a television and free Wifi connection.
The living room leads to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet.
A second bedroom is also available with a standard double bed, storage closets, and access to a small, unfurnished balcony.
A set of bed linen and towels is also provided and prepared for your stay, as well as welcome products upon your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products provided are indeed welcome items to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind.
