Welcome to our apartment with an exceptional view of the Bay of Villefranche.
Located on the first floor with elevator access, you will find all the comforts: space, air conditioning, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180cm), a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a living-dining room with a television and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. Traveler Access: The condominium is very easily accessible by car, and it is strongly advised to have a vehicle in this neighborhood.
The apartment is fully equipped.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and you will have access to the entire apartment. Traveler Interaction: The Bnb Groom Services team is delighted to welcome you to Villefranche.
A member of our team will greet you on-site to hand over the keys.
We will be available to advise you before and during your stay, reachable by phone or email, to ensure your vacation goes as smoothly as possible. Neighborhood: The very quiet and green neighborhood will allow you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Walking is possible, but a vehicle is strongly recommended to reach the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Old Town. Getting Around: Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by public transport: take the tram from Nice Airport to the Port of Nice.
Then, from the port, you can take bus number 15 and get off at La Barmassa.
This journey takes 1 hour, and you can use the same ticket for the tram and the bus.
You can also ask us to organize a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment.
You can also access the apartment by car and park in the residence's guest parking. IMPORTANT - HOUSE RULES: For security reasons, prior to arrival, an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application, where the person responsible for the booking must provide their identification.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition of use, with respect for the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a deduction from the security deposit or cancellation of the stay.

en fevrier, le temps était ok, le parking pas encombré, mais le voisin du dessus fait des travaux lourds. heureusement nous sommes sortis dans la journée. La promesse est tenue, avec un peu de chance.
