Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 metres from the Poniente beach and 450 metres from the Levante beach.
Recently refurbished building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 flats with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.
All flats have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day 22 euros, week 97 euros, 10 days 128 euros, 15 days 148 euros, month 181 euros. From 5 days onwards, the weekly voucher pays off. The cost is paid in the car park itself.
-The key handover and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.
-A deposit of 200€ will be held on your credit/debit card.
-Check-in from 16:30h (high season can be delayed until 18:00h)
-Check-out until 11:00h
-Pet supplement of 10€ per day (Maximum 50€ per stay).
-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Great location in old town and close to everything. Spacious apartment that was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy too!
All fab just struggled to open the front door but think we were pushing it too late after it buzzed!

La terraza ,algunos apartamentos tenían balcón muy pequeño, otros balcón mediano y el nuestro era una terraza hermosa . Tener lavadoras y secadora con jabón y suavizante.
Ropa de cama escasa , edredón gordito o sábana . Ppedimos más sábanas ,para poder doblarlas y usarlas a modo de colcha. Nos las dieron sin problemas.
