Welcome to the holiday home "Woulli" - your perfect retreat for unforgettable holidays! Enjoy the peace and cosiness of this charming house, which offers space for up to 6 people on 180 sqm.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with bath/shower and a large balcony with a dining table, perfect for relaxing evenings in the open air. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining room, a hallway, a guest WC, an inviting conservatory and a sunny terrace - there is something for everyone here.
The spacious 700 square metre garden with stunning views invites you to linger and offers plenty of space to play and relax. For additional guests, there is another bedroom for 2 people in the basement (bookable from 5 people), as well as the possibility to bring your beloved four-legged friend - because your pet (up to two pets) is also part of the family!
Enjoy billiard evenings together in the extra room or explore the idyllic community of Eggstätt on the edge of the nature reserve. The nearby Lake Chiemsee is ideal for excursions and water sports activities. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and beer gardens are in the immediate vicinity.
The picturesque house is located in a quiet side street and is just a short walk from shops, restaurants and the nearest bathing lake.
Bed linen and towels are included - so you don't have to worry about a thing.
The visitor's tax is not included in the price.
The visitor's tax is €1 per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and €0.30 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night.
No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0-5.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10€ per dog and stay.
The deposit is 30% of the holiday price.
