1. Payments

A 3% fee applies to credit card payments

2. Cleaning fees

Final cleaning: 325 euros

Mandatory mid-stay cleaning for stays over 1 week: 90 euros (2 people / 2 hours)





3. Tourist tax

1 euro per adult per day for the first 7 days of the stay (in accordance with local regulations)





4. Additional utilities

Monthly stays: 800 euros for electricity, gas, and water (adjusted based on consumption)

From November to April: 300 euros for heating and electricity (mandatory)





6. Late check-in

Between 20:00 and 24:00: 45 euros surcharge
