The house is all on one level and features a large living area with a lounge (sofa bed for 2 people), dining room (with pellet stove), and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a separate office space. You will also find 3 double bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm double bed - 1 bedroom with 80cm single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 160cm bed, upon request at the time of booking). A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete the cottage. For children, a high chair is provided by the owners. For your comfort, the rental price includes bed linen (beds made upon arrival) and utilities. A mandatory cleaning fee of €60 applies. Towels are available for €5 per person. An enhanced charging point for electric vehicles is available (€10 per charge). Self check-in is possible. La Maison des Roses is located in the village of Athis, on the route between Epernay (15km) and Chalons en Champagne (20km). It is ideally situated for discovering the treasures of our department (Champagne cellars, museums) as well as enjoying nature (walks starting from the cottage, proximity to the Marne river and the cycle path). The cottage has a large (unfenced) garden opening onto the surrounding countryside and ample parking.

Un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre. La maison est équipée de tout le confort. La région de la Champagne est magnifique et cette maison est une excellente base pour explorer les environs. Une visite au spectacle de lumière à la cathédrale de Reims pendant les mois d'été est fortement recommandée.
