Villa in an exceptional location, overlooking the sea with panoramic views from Punta Crena (Varigotti) to the Port of Finale, surrounded by greenery and equipped with a communal (not private) pool, open from June 1st to September 30th.
Quiet even during the busiest summer months, shaded by a carob tree.
Going up, you reach the pool, while going down, you arrive directly at the beach.
The villa offers 4 beds on the upper floor (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) and a sofa bed for 2 people on the ground floor.
One bathroom.
You have a fridge, coffee machine, water carbonator, microwave (no traditional oven), dishwasher, washing machine, electric barbecue, and TV with streaming services.
Bed linen and towels are not provided; you must bring your own.
The house is non-smoking and, although we love animals, we cannot accommodate them.
Some local shops offer grocery delivery directly to your home.
A reserved parking space is available in the fenced condominium parking lot.
Important notes: - Not accessible with strollers: there are about 100 steps from the parking lot, equivalent to a 4th floor without an elevator. - The balcony under the porch is connected by a locked gate to an adjacent villa and must be kept clear for passage: the neighbors have right of way.
They have a separate entrance at the back but may occasionally pass through the garden and balcony. - The parking space is narrow (length 5.05 m; width 1.95 m at the wheels and 2.07 m at the mirrors), but you can also park a large station wagon.
You are not allowed to occupy other parking spaces.
Check-in: 16:00-19:00 (except Monday); Sunday 11:30-12:30.
Check-out: by 10:00.
