The apartment is in a closed area and shares a large pool with the community. There is a large garden surrounding the pool, making it a truly relaxing and beautiful place. There is a terrace of 15m2 where you can enjoy the weather if that's what you want.
When you enter the apartment, there is a modern open kitchen connected to the comfortable living room where you also have access to the terrace.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds and one master bedroom, which has a little more privacy and its own bathroom.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and renovated in a modern style, which corresponds very well to the apartment.
Near the apartment, you have a large beach where there are many activities, such as jet skis and paddle surfing, good restaurants and beach clubs. The city of San Pedro is 10 min. walking from the apartment; San Pedro is a charming city with a great history, and many restaurants, shops and beautiful buildings.
Five minutes. driving from the apartment, you have the city of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
In the city of Marbella you can enjoy a long 15 km walk to San Pedro and many restaurants by the sea. The old town of Marbella is also an ideal place to visit, full of history and charm.
Puerto Banus is an exclusive marina filled with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and exclusive designer shops. It also houses luxury cars and yachts, whose marina is famous.

- from 18:00 to 21:00, EUR 30;
