Haus Sepp is suitable for groups of all sizes, from 2 to 12 people.
The beautiful house is located just a few steps from Rauris, a charming and cozy village in the Rauris Valley, in the Salzburg region.
Haus Sepp was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with all amenities for a wonderful holiday in this incredibly beautiful area.
The house has 2 apartments that you can rent individually or together.
It doesn't matter whether you visit our apartments in winter or summer.
The valley and the region have a lot to offer for an unforgettable holiday! With the Nationalpark SommerCard (from summer 2025) in the summer or the WinterCard in the winter, you can enjoy many free or discounted excursions! 4-person apartment.
The 60 m2 apartment for 4 people is located on the ground floor and is very suitable for families. 8-person apartment.
The largest apartment is located on the first and second floors.
With an area of 120 m2, it is very suitable for larger parties of 4 to 8 people. The entire house for up to 12 people.
It is also possible to rent both apartments, allowing you to spend a wonderful holiday at Haus Sepp with up to 12 people. During our renovation in 2024, we renovated the entire house.
From floors to ceilings, insulation, and plumbing.
There is even a new central pellet heating system.
Therefore, we are proud to offer you our apartments with all modern conveniences.
Our kitchens are equipped with all modern appliances such as dishwashers, combi-microwave/ovens, and fridge/freezer combinations, and contain everything you need.
All bathrooms have been modernized and are fully equipped. We welcome you from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment before 10:00 AM.

We had difficulties operating the boot-drying rack, in the back room. (we couldn't figure out how to turn it on). It would be helpful to include instructions somewhere in the apartment.
