Charming one bedroom apartment extremely well located just 4 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the most beautiful sites of the capital.
Modern, calm and warm, you can easily access all the shops, cafes and restaurants at the foot of the building.
My tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends. 45m2 apartment on the ground floor composed of: - 1 bedroom with queen size double bed TV WIFI - 1 living room with a double sofa bed TV WIFI - 1 new and fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle) - 1 bathroom with shower and sink - 1 independent toilet - 1 entrance with an office area - 1 closed space with washing machine, dryer option, ironing board and iron The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper. We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. ADDITIONAL Services (optional) • Baby bed: Price - 60€ This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Swift Travel Cover with claim up to 750 Euros (T&C Applies). The location of my apartment is very pleasant and very lively. It provides easy access to many monuments of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower which is a 4-minute walk away, the Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, the Ecole Militaire,
It is also close to the Montparnasse and Saint-Lazare stations and several parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
The atmosphere of the neighborhood is relaxed and secure
with a multitude of typically Parisian cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces. The Beaugrenelle shopping center is an unmissable spot for shopping
In short, you will have an ideal local experience!
The Necker hospital is located just 22 minutes on foot and 9 minutes by transport

Very good-Excellent location, very nice building and apartment, There was no noise and we were able to rest very well, The sofa bed and mattress were very comfortable, The only impractical thing is that the toilet is on one side and the sink with the shower on the other, Apart from that, everything was impeccable, The towel heater was very useful,

Sehr gut-Hervorragende Lage, sehr schönes Gebäude und Apartment, Es gab keinen Lärm und wir konnten uns sehr gut ausruhen, Das Schlafsofa und die Matratze waren sehr bequem, Das einzige Unpraktische ist, dass sich auf der einen Seite die Toilette und auf der anderen das Waschbecken mit der Dusche befindet, Ansonsten war alles einwandfrei, Der Handtuchwärmer war sehr nützlich,
