This floor also includes an en-suite double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, and two additional bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bathtub). The first floor features an en-suite double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds and a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The villa has air conditioning and Wi-Fi for a more pleasant stay. Outside, an al fresco dining area and a BBQ create the perfect setting for outdoor meals.

The private pool (optional heating extra) is ideal for cooling off on warm days, while sun loungers invite relaxation.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always an added value to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Group deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 10 guests. From the 11th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
