Westholme is a first-floor duplex apartment with allocated on-site parking for one car. Welcoming up to six guests, Westholme is the ideal retreat which boasts both luxury design and comfort. Situated in the grounds of The Tregenna Estate a short walk from the Town Centre of St Ives, beaches, galleries and restaurants.
The open-plan living kitchen dining space has been fully refurbished for guests to relax on the L-shaped sofa whilst enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. If family and friends are feeling competitive, they can gather around the dining table to play board games and make memories together after a busy day of exploring the coast. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Ninja Food Blender, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave oven.
The master bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed with ample storage. There is a shower room adjacent to the master bedroom with shower wash hand basin and WC. The second and third bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, both rooms have wardrobes. The family bathroom also on the first-floor features bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

With a restaurant and café on site you are well positioned should you wish to dine close to home.
