You also benefit from a 24-hour parking card (for the Salinières public car park, located 3 minutes' walk away)


The flat is equipped with everything you need for your stay: large flat-screen LCD TV, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster. There are also 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, and separate toilet. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, step stool, bathtub)


You are ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux's historic centre. You have everything close by: listed cultural sites, markets, restaurants, second-hand shops... and all amenities: tram (Porte de Bourgogne and Place du Palais stops 50m away), bus, and self-service bicycles (VCUB) as well as the train station for your trips to Saint-Emilion or Arcachon (Dune du Pyla).


Please note that the flat is located in a semi-pedestrian area, the street is one-way with access control so please follow the directions you are given to arrive by car, the GPS not finding access.

Parking: The parking space is not on site but located in a public car park about a hundred meters (Parking Salinières) but you can access the street from the flat to unload.

HEATING during the winter period (from the beginning of October to the end of April) and only for stays of more than 14 nights you will have to pay a fixed price of 85€ . A meter reading will be taken on arrival and on departure if the regulated rate is exceeded, we will have to deduct this from the security deposit.

Guarantee deposit

A guarantee deposit (350€) and for stays of more than 14 nights (600€) is always required on arrival, and returned (if no problem) after departure. Payment by credit card via a secure PAYZEN payment link.
